Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please send your order back to us. Once we receive the items in excellent condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase, minus the shipping fee.

Damages and Issues Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will inform you once we have received and reviewed your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
