Shipping Policy, Once you receive your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing a tracking number.
Except for weekends, we process and ship orders the same day if they are placed before 12 p.m. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates, Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not offer flat rate shipping.

In-Store Pickup, You can avoid shipping fees with free local pickup at 1621 W 32 PL Hialeah, FL 33012. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
On weekdays, our in-store pickup hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
International Shipping, We offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Florida Aluminum Systems is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at salesonline@floridaaluminumsystems.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges, We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at salesonline@floridaaluminumsystems.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
